The Nursery Sales & Inventory Management software has a fully
integrated contact manager.  This is important because marketing is an
increasingly important part of every nursery’s management plan.
The contact manager is accessed from any individual customer record
or all contacts can be searched, sorted and reviewed from the main
toolbar.
Entries into the contact manager can be automatically made when acknowledgements, order status updates, invoices, and other
customer contact documents are created.  This eliminates the need for busy sales staff to remember to do it, and gives you a perfect
memory for when orders were modified, etc.
One of the best parts of the contact management tool set is the batch email process.  This tool allows you to quickly batch select
whole categories of customers from the customer or sales directories and then prepare and email with attachments to send.
This tool, along with our extensive reporting flexibility, can allow you to focus sales contacts and availability list distribution to
selected subsets of your customers or customer prospects.
Note, the customer list for batch emails can be individually selected or batch selected from customer groups.
